Things you need to know

Arise holds a strict attendance policy.  This applies to training courses and servicing schedule.

You must attend all training certification classes. Monday through Friday during the time you schedule.  For example, if you choose 6 pm to 10 pm, you must be in your class at the same time every day.  Open communication is key.

Once certified, you will choose your intervals. However, the schedule you choose is mandatory.

Once you choose your intervals.we recommend logging in approximately 15 minutes prior to your start time. This is to ensure all of your systems are working properly and that you are not experiencing technical issues that require you to visit Arise Tech support. Also, to ensure your personal equipment is working properly.

If you are unable to service a scheduled interval, you must first try and swap the intervals.  Arise allows you to swap intervals within 2 hours of the set interval.

If the intervals do not swap you are required to service them.  If this is not possible for you to service and swapping was not successful, you have the option to release the intervals.

Releasing intervals within the lock down period will affect your “Metrics” and “Commitment Adherence” in a negative manner.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions concerning this.  It is a very important part of this opportunity!!
